PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: To provide training for students the skills necessary when being employed in Assisted Living Facilities and Home Health Agencies.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The program is facilitated by and instructor in a classroom setting. Hands-on application for learning and practice in a skills lab are available. Students must successfully complet daily quizzes, weekly tests, and a final exam in order to graduate from this program. A 4 hour HIV/AIDS and a CPR course are offered in HHA 106 and HHA 107 reapectively during this program. The diploma states and verifies that the requirements have been met.
